The police, in turn, must rely on the help of an acoustic child and an emotionally damaged ex-FBI agent.
Comment: Blunders at this level reflect an inability to proofread as much as an inability to write in English—but proofreading is an integral part of being a translator. As an aside, the site contains an excerpt from the published translation—but fails to provide the name of Faletti’s translator. With errors like these, it comes as no surprise that no one wants to take credit.
